PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal payments. All payments are processed by PayPal, however you do not need to be a PayPal member to complete the transaction. Once in check out, simply select "Don't have a PayPal account" to use your Visa or MasterCard instantly. You will not be required to sign up to be a member.

If you are a PayPal member, you can also pay using your account.

You can also pay directly into our bank by Direct Deposit. Please email for banking details. If you require any further information, please email info@instylefashions.com.au

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Each item is carefully inspected before an order is spent, however should a garment arrive in less-than-perfect-condition, it will be replaced, free of any extra postal charge, within seven days of the item being sent.

 

WRONG SIZE

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at customercare@instylefashions.com.au or on 1300 730 234 within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email with instructions on returning the garment. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. Please note that customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange.

If you receive a faulty product, please notify instylefashions.com.au immediately and the item will be exchanged for you.

 

RETURNS

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at customercare@instylefashions.com.au or on 1300 730 234 within 7 days of purchase and you will be sent an email with instructions on returning the garment. The item must be in perfect, unworn condition, with all tags in tact. Once the garment has been inspected the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account. Refunds will be made within 10 days of the cancellation notice. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging including box, otherwise they will not be accepted. Jewellery, swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend our customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the product. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of puchase.

The item must be returned within 7 days and a credit note will be issued with a 3 month expiry date. Full priced items can be refunded or exchanged.

Sales Items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Items bought utilising a discount/coupon code cannot be refunded.

DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA

Within Australia, express postage is a flat rate of $8.50 AUD with delivery in 1 to 3 working days depending on whether you live in an express post zone). Delivery is via Australia Post.

On the same day or the next business day after placing your order, you will receive a personalised email indicating estimated delivery time and an Express Post tracking number if it's a domestic order.

Orders will be sent the next business day and will arrive the following day if you live within the Australia Post express post zone. If you live outside of the express post zone, your package will still be given priority and will be received within 3 days (not including the day that you placed the order).

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

We also welcome international buyers from Asia-Pacific, UK, Europe and USA. All international parcels are charged a flat rate of $40.00 AUD and delivered within 3-5 working days. This includes a tracking service by EMS Express Couriers on there website.

All of our international parcels will be insured for 100% of their value. Therefore the total value of the order will be written on the customs declaration. Customs Tarrifs/Taxes are not included in shipping costs. We are not responsible for any additional charges your order may incur once the item has left Australia. Should you refuse to pay any additional charges, and your order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund. To avoid this from happening, we strongly suggest that you check with Customs for any restrictions or charges.

TERMS

Occasionally unforeseen demand or supply issues may result in stock being unavailable. We will contact you immediately, and offer you the opportunity to cancel, wait for or change your order. Your credit card is not charged until your order is sent.

 

GENERAL LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Instylefashions be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, loss of profit or consequential, indirect or incidental damages in relation to any product.

 

FRAUD

We take credit card fraud very seriously and will not hesitate to prosecute any fraudulent transactions. Any orders that seem suspicious will be investigated before being processed. Please email any customer service queries to customercare@instylefashions.com.au

 

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS

Your payment will be processed by PayPal, who is the most trusted leader in online payments. It boasts industry-leading fraud prevention measures and data is automatically encrypted when sent to PayPal using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). This information is scrambled and hence unintelligible if intercepted. Your financial information is not even shared with the merchant.

You will notice that when you click on 'Add to Basket' or 'View Basket', the beginning of the web address will change to https:// from http:// signalling you are now on a secure page. You will also see a small lock appear at the bottom of your window. Click on this lock and all the secure certificate information will appear.
